Acceptable Use Policy

Do not use Virtual Staging AI to misrepresent a property. You may not hide material defects, change permanent fixtures, alter room dimensions, invent views, remove safety hazards, or create images that imply a property has features it does not have.

You are responsible for complying with MLS, brokerage, portal, advertising, and consumer protection rules. Keep original and staged images available and disclose virtual staging when your market or platform requires it.

Do not create deceptive images of identifiable people, impersonate people, create non-consensual likeness edits, or create intimate, sexual, exploitative, or harassing content.

Do not upload or request sexual, suggestive, exploitative, or otherwise unsafe content involving minors. Violations may be reported to appropriate authorities.

Do not upload images you lack rights to use, remove watermarks or copyright notices from third-party content, or use outputs in ways that infringe rights owned by others.

Do not scrape, overload, probe, reverse engineer, bypass limits, share accounts for abuse, resell unauthorized access, or interfere with service security.

We may refuse requests, remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, revoke photos, or terminate accounts when we believe this policy has been violated.
