By accessing or using Virtual Staging AI, operated by OptiScale LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Virtual Staging AI provides virtual staging and listing photo workflows. The service can add furnishings, remove movable clutter, enhance listing photos, save workflows, and help prepare exports for real estate marketing.

Staging output requires review. You are responsible for reviewing all staged photos before publishing them.

Free no-login previews may be limited, watermarked, or rate-limited. Signed-in free credits may provide watermark-free standard-quality exports, while paid photo packs and subscription plans may unlock sharper output, higher usage limits, saved workflows, batch processing, and commercial listing use.

You retain ownership of images you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, transform, and display uploaded and staged images as needed to provide the service, maintain account history, support downloads, prevent abuse, and resolve billing or safety issues.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, edit, and use each image.

You must not use the service to misrepresent a property. Do not alter structural features, room dimensions, windows, walls, views, fixtures, permanent finishes, damage, or material defects in a way that could mislead buyers, renters, clients, platforms, or MLS reviewers.

MLS, brokerage, portal, and advertising rules vary. You are responsible for keeping original and staged images available, labeling virtual staging when required, and complying with all applicable listing rules.

You may not use the service for illegal content, deceptive listings, intellectual property infringement, harassment, deepfakes, impersonation, non-consensual likeness use, sexual content, content involving minors, attempts to bypass safety controls, automated abuse, scraping, or resale of the service without authorization.

Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment processor. If a purchase is refunded, reversed, or charged back, related paid entitlements may be revoked or adjusted. Abusive or fraudulent chargebacks may lead to account termination and blocking of related payment methods, emails, or network signals.

The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OptiScale LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
