Frequently Asked Questions
What's included in each plan?
Each plan includes virtually staged listing photos, high-resolution paid downloads, commercial use for real estate marketing, and access to room, style, and workflow controls. The included photo volume depends on the plan you choose.
Can I use the virtually staged photos for real estate listings?
Yes. Paid virtually staged photos can be used for property listings, rental listings, social media, ads, brochures, and other real estate marketing materials.
Will the virtually staged photos have a watermark?
Signed-in downloads are watermark-free. Free credits use standard quality; paid plans unlock sharper output, higher volume, and batch workflows. You can also include a Virtually Staged disclosure label when your market, MLS, brokerage, or client policy requires it.
Will virtual staging change the room size or structure?
No. The workflow is designed to preserve room dimensions, walls, windows, doors, floors, built-ins, fixtures, exterior views, and camera perspective. It adds movable furniture and decor only.
Is this suitable for MLS listings?
Signed-in exports are designed for listing marketing, but MLS rules vary by market. Keep the original photo, disclose virtual staging where required, and do not use staged images to misrepresent property condition, layout, or size.
What if I don't like the result?
You can make further edits by changing the room type, furniture style, density, lighting, or staging direction. The goal is to generate options you can compare without turning the upload into a different room.
What if the virtually staged photo isn't what I wanted?
No worries. You can make further edits, adjust the room type, furniture style, or staging direction, or create another virtually staged photo until it better matches your listing.
Can I create another virtually staged photo?
Yes. You can create another virtually staged photo when you want a different look, layout, or staging direction. It may use additional photos depending on your plan.
Can I upload multiple photos at once?
Yes. Batch processing is available on selected plans and is designed for agents, property managers, photo studios, and teams handling multiple rooms or listings.
Is my uploaded property photo private?
Your uploaded property photos are used to create your virtually staged photos and are not shown publicly on our website. We do not publish your original photos or virtually staged photos without your permission.
What photo quality do I get?
Paid plans include high-resolution downloads suitable for online listings and marketing use. Final quality depends on the original property photo, so clear wide room photos with visible floor, walls, windows, and natural light work best.
How many staged photos do I need per listing?
Most listings only need staged versions for the rooms that drive buyer interest, such as the living room, primary bedroom, dining room, home office, and outdoor areas.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. If you are on a subscription plan, you can cancel before your next billing cycle. You will keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Because each virtually staged photo requires processing costs, completed photos are generally non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue or cannot access your purchase, contact us and we'll help resolve it.
Purchases are subject to our Terms, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
