1. Information we collect
We may collect account information such as email address, name, authentication identifiers, billing status, and support messages. We also collect images, prompts, room selections, workflow settings, staged outputs, download events, and related metadata needed to provide virtual staging.
We collect technical and usage information such as IP address, device type, browser, approximate location from request headers, page views, button clicks, session identifiers, and local storage identifiers.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide staging results, manage photos and subscriptions, store image history, support downloads, operate fraud and abuse prevention, improve the product, measure marketing performance, and respond to support, legal, privacy, refund, and dispute requests.
3. Images and processing providers
Uploaded images and prompts may be sent to third-party processing providers. You should not upload images you do not have permission to edit or images containing sensitive content that violates our policies.
4. Payments
Payment card details are processed by Stripe or another PCI-compliant payment provider. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes. We may retain checkout identifiers, plan or pack purchased, billing country, card brand and last four digits, payment status, refund status, and dispute evidence.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use local storage, session storage, and cookies for authentication, trial limits, analytics, advertising measurement, consent preferences, and product settings. Where required, we ask for consent before enabling analytics or advertising storage.
6. Third-party services
We may use Firebase for authentication, Cloudflare for hosting and security, Postgres and object storage providers for application data and images, Stripe for payments, Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager for measurement, and model providers for image processing.
7. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data with service providers only as needed to operate the service, process payments, deliver staged or edited results, prevent abuse, comply with law, and protect users and the business.
8. Retention and deletion
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. You may request deletion by emailing support@professionalvirtualstaging.com.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or object to certain processing of personal information. To make a request, contact support@professionalvirtualstaging.com.
